This is a scam call
SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Repeatedly called by Wills UK despite never having given permission and having told them not to call me ever again. When you call them on this number, you get a recording saying that they will call you back and press 1 to remove your number. It doesn t, and they call you over and over again.
Sounds like fraud. A robot tells me (without naming a bank) that my debit card has been used to pay £600 overseas. I checked all my various cards and no such payment as happened.

Fraud Received a message from this number stating it’s from Vodaphone and that ‘we are unable to process your latest payment. In order to avoid fees please update your information via...’ then it gave a link to an https address (looked like Vodaphone but too much else to be valid, I think). I haven’t progressed this, I don’t have anything outstanding with Vodaphone, but just be aware. I will be forwarding this to Vodaphone’s phishing area.

2 weeks ago I answered and a lady with very little knowledge in englsih talked to me. She could not say the company name or anything. I told her to delete my cell phone number completely and said I wasn t interested at all in anything she could say. Despite this that number has called me in average 2-3 times a day... for 2 weeks.. As there is no company name to be told - I suspect they re nothing but hackers.. But can t say for sure.
