I have a trueCall installed for my mother best investment ever!!! She has had 41 calls from this number since July. Coincidently, or possibly not, this number started calling after she replied to an advert in the local paper for a free hearing aid. Since replying to the advert here unsolicited calls have gone up from 40 to 80 a month. All blocked fortunately. Indian man rang me at about 10:30am 26/7/2021 saying that they'd just been upgrading my Broadband and noticed spam being sent to me and hacker activity. Wanted me to turn on my computer. I put the phone down. Have fallen for one of these scams before with someone getting me to download AnyDesk in order for the caller to remotely take over control of my laptop. BEWARE!!

Apparently an energy company, trying to arrange a survey for new loft insulation. As soon as they realised I fell outside their target age bracket of 50-80 or 80+ they hung up.
they rang and said they were a emergency service who have been trying to contact me. so i paniced and rang all my elderly family members to check on their welfare. what organisations try to pass themselves off as emergeny services, only bad ones
SCAM Terrible line quality, man with strong Indian accent immediately started the call by telling me he could get me an iPhone 12 for £30 per month. I told him I wasn't interested in whatever scam he was peddling. He then claimed I could trust him because he worked for Carphone Warehouse. I asked him for his email address and if he worked at the head office in North Acton, to which he said yes but he couldn't give out his email address over the phone.

SCAM Robo call purporting to be Jason from Cybercell. There's unauthorised activity on my BT line and press 1 to speak to a supervisor or my internet will be cut off. I did and another guy wanted me to enter something into Google. I ended the call. I don't have a BT line. Clearly a SCAM.
