Called today by someone claiming to be from HMRC (0141 2284991) regarding tax payment (they knew the details!) and claiming an arrest warrant / judicial court case if not paid today. Was passed to someone called Victoria, claiming to be from the NRA who later called back on a London number (0207 2382626). This is a scam. Do not pay anything and report to Action Fraud and HMRC. Needless to say when she called back about non payment and was challenged, she hung up!
SPAM I got a call from this number. It rang 3 times and stopped. I missed it so rang back and a recorded voice said "this number is not available" Looks like a scam to me. Beware

This is about the 5th similar Sheffield number making repeat and unsolicited calls to my phone. We have a call handling service and they don t leave a message. I have now blocked this number too.

Had a call saying they had been passed my file about a traffic accident I d had in the last two years. I said "ok". He said "is that right?". I said "you tell me mate. It just sounds like you re fishing". The guy must have known I was on to him. He laughed and hung on me.

Threatening call, automated message informing me of alleged HMRC and if I didn't press one to get connected then a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested immediately, complete lie obviously

Had a call from 07894865338 from someone asking for me by name and claiming to be from the Citizens Advice. I thought he was saying he had been contacted because I had reported a dead person, I asked him to repeat it, which he did. His accent was very thick and from seeing this site I think he was trying to say I had reported a debt problem !!! He hung anyway...
UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. Called our business, man with Indian/Asian accent asked for the business owner by name. Possible telemarketing (possibly scam) as it took a minute to connect to the call once I answered, definite call centre in the background. He wouldn't tell me which company he was calling from.

Usual call asking if I had been in an accident. Ironically, I work for the Citizens Advice and this month we have been campaigning to make people Scam Aware. Number has been noted and complaint will be made.
