Had him going round in circles for 20 minutes before telling him my pc wasnt switched on. SCAM automated call! This number called - I didn't answer as I didn't recognise it. My voicemail picked up part of an automated recorded message, seemed to be telling me to press 1 or my National Insurance number would be 'switched off' and I would no longer be able to use it. Possibly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard but sadly some people will panic and do as they're told!

AO.com are one of not the cheapest supplier of domestic electrical goods. there is a reason for that. Two weeks after delivery I am still getting calls (even though I told them no) to try and sell you an extended warranty policy.... sent messages back basically tell them to get lost and stop calling... and yet the continue to call.
