I have had a number of missed calls from this number and decided to check it out online, as when I call it back there is no voicemail and it just disconnects. I know realise it s another company asking me to make a claim. I have had numerous calls from these company s. And have told them all I cannot claim. I am annoyed at aviva insurance for giving out my contact details .
I was told to renew my Amazon Prime account forthwith or my bank account will be debited automatically. Interestingly I do not have an Amazon account.
Scam mobile number. After i made a flight booking through OPODO i immediately get a txt message saying my credit card was declined and i was to answer YES to stop future declined. Unfortunately i did reply YES. So this could mean they will use my number for future scam attempts. I already checked my phone for any malware (avg scan). Anything else i should do? Told them I did not want them to take control of my computer, a PPI claim, solar panels or shopping surveys. THEY rang off ! I wonder why ?!
Called our business, man with Indian/Asian accent asked for the business owner by name. Possible telemarketing (possibly scam) as it took a minute to connect to the call once I answered, definite call centre in the background. He wouldn't tell me which company he was calling from.
