The BeWise insurance company ignore tick boxes stating NO contact - they will contact you regardless. When you tell them to remove your details from their database, they still call the next year. The Ombudsman needs to investigate this company.

SCAM I have received a number of calls over several months. It is using EE. They were from different mobile numbers but from the same location. it would seem the location is being used to make scam calls. This needs to be investigated by the authorities. This particular call says O2: your recent payment to O2 has failed. https://verifybilling.live.
This number is connected to a computer security con – ignore and block. The Company name they give is non-existent – Web Security Global. Silvershine Services. 4 calls in 48 hrs all from Leicester based numbers. Call starts off with an automated voice asking about accident details. After answering yes and giving brief details, I am put through to a human being. Despite telling them on NUMEROUS occasions now that I DO NOT wish to receive these call, they still persist. When I said I don't have BT services, the guy said "I know, BT is the only distributer over the country!" Really? Perhaps they need to do their homework.
