The operator (in a very noisy call centre) said it wasn't a marketing call and then asked me if I had a frozen pension? I said I wouldn't answer that question, but please continue. They wanted to give me "a free pension review" she said. I innocently said that was very kind, but why do you want to do that? How do you make a profit from that? A brief silence then she hung up. Clearly a scam to get your pension details or offer dubious 'services'.

This number rang my elderly mum earlier saying they were sending a courier to her address witb a PPI cheque but that she needed to buy an itunes card to receive this cheque. I rang the number back & was given lots of abuse when told them i'd purchased the card but refused to give them the 16 diget code ..... POLICE INFORMED.
When I answered the telephone they just hung up, very annoying.

Today, the american accented voice was identified as 'Shirley' professing to be from our internet provider and saying that our computer had been 'compromised' from various countries and they needed to access our router to 'sort the problem'.
