When I answered their was no response but I could hear background noise, presumable a call centre, before they hung up after a few seconds

Said they were from EE asking about how happy I am with my PAYG plan and handset and if they could improve it. Asked what handset I had and why I was content with my pack then let me go happily. Seems trustworthy and didn t ask for any other info.

nAt this stage I terminated the call.

I am listing this number as harrassment (likely scam) because I had 5 withheld calls after midnight which I subsequently blocked - followed immediately by this number which is now also blocked. I m guessing origin is overseas as UK callers would know not to call after midnight!

They say they are from BT then try to get you to believe you have a broadband fault and then get you logged on your computer to resolve the problem-yeah right!! If you call the number back it is just a ghost number.

Called and asked my name as soon as I confirmed he said "ok" and hung up. Was of foreign nationality.

Called saying someone had gained access to my computer and was using it for illegal purposes. Couldn t hear the caller properly and they got frustrated and hung up.

These people just called me and are very rude on the phone, also very dismissive when you ask nicely for them to not call you again - this is incredibly frustrating
