Called on Saturday morning by someone with an Indian asian accent tel no 0808 1450360. He claimed to be from Halifax bank and said that the bank needed me to discuss serious matters concerning my account... He asked for my bank account number to verify I was who I was then wanted my current address with postcode to update there systems! He finally wanted my last 3 addresses! This number rang our landline and asked for my husband by his first name only. Once speaking to him the male caller (African type accent) claimed to be from Sky and started asking questions - my husband's surname, security password, mother's maiden name etc. Unfortunately for him, my husband was not the easy touch he was obviously expected to be and the caller got no information out of him!

Picked up, no one spoke. Waited, nothing. Ended call. Phoned the number. Voice said number not recognised???

I ve had both silent calls and peoples phoning and asking about the person who had an accident in the last three years in the house. When I asked where they got my number from they hung up.
