Answered twice today for the first time. They knew my name and were stating I had unclaimed ppi, not even true. I told them their information was not correct and hung up. 3 hours later a different operator called again and started going on with herself so had a go at her and asked to be taken off the register.....probably not going to happen but so annoying

So of course, I tried them again. Unfortunately, 'line busy'. So I politely waited 5 minutes before I phoned them again. Alas, no response. So I'm currently waiting half an hour. I feel bad for them.
