Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn t the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. This is a landline from Chippenham where we have family, got worried with an early in the morning phone call. Rang all family and they did not call so un-necessary calls to make sure not an emergency. Should not have to go through this first thing in the morning, it is a scam - not give it any of your valuable time.

They called me a couple of times saying, we got information that you have outstanding depts, is that correct? I said no, and the first couple of times, they apologised, but today, just a couple of minutes ago, the guy that I was just speaking to was just a complete A hole, he bloody hung up on me without any explanation. I have never been in dept nor I never want any help from any dept lenders.

This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn?t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it?s off to Ofcom.
These guys are a chartered accounts firm called renatas. they call and sound official in regards to business rate relief they make out like they are calling on behalf of the council and you need to take there service. stay away as you can get a rates relief by calling the council yourself. don t trust these cowboys.
