Another accident claim call, different this time though as it was a recorded message designed to sound polite and conversational like a live caller. Company name was stated but too quickly and barely audibly. States they have information of involvement in an accident and asks to confirm whether you have had an accident in last 3 years. Cut off when incorrect responses given!

Scammer - Says they are BT openreach, then proceeds to say there is a problem with the router and you need to give them details to fix it. When I said I don't have BT services, the guy said "I know, BT is the only distributer over the country!" Really? Perhaps they need to do their homework. Third attempt these idiots have tried in the last 3 days.

TAXES / HMRC they called me today and told me something about tax and to avoid jail time, it wasn't even a proper answering machine it sounded like the Google translate voice, I tried calling them back later this afternoon and said their number is invalid. If you are concerned about your tax and stuff call hmrc directly and chat with them if there's something going on cause this number seems a bit dodgy. I'm gonna call them myself tomorrow morning

Ambulance chasing accident claim call illegally made to TPS listed number. The phone network this came from is Nexbridge who specialise in hosting telemarketing call centres: http://www.callcentrehelper.com/nexbridge-communications-40032.htm "Nexbridge provides high volume telecoms services to call centres. Scam mobile number. After i made a flight booking through OPODO i immediately get a txt message saying my credit card was declined and i was to answer YES to stop future declined. Unfortunately i did reply YES. So this could mean they will use my number for future scam attempts. I already checked my phone for any malware (avg scan). Anything else i should do? (already checked bank account no dodgy transactions yet)
