called and said router was having problems and would offer £200 as compensation. then when did the bank transfer they made a 'mistake' and transferred £2,000. as a gesture of goodwill they would only ask for £700 back. this was transferred by Moneygram (I know - caught my partner when unwell and not thinking straight). also took over my laptop and remotely accessed who knows what. SCAM. Talktalk will never call you. don't tell the scammers anything. Police and Talktalk aware.
This number is used for telemarketing purposes, mostly reported as Better Business Group or Injury Claim Lawyers, insurance marketing or similar - in fact just some call centre, the number is very likely VoIP number, sometimes people rated it as an oversea
I don t owe anything to anyone. I don t spend money that I don t have. I pay my utility bills on time. So I am not going to follow the instructions of the automated message and press 3 to speak to an operative. The number is now blocked.
