SCAM: First of all, an automated male voice saying ' Hello, Customer, an ipad has been added to your Amazon account'. The taped message was poorly recorded and there were several breaks and skips in it. It played 3 or 4 times continuously before I ended the call. I didn't wait for the end of the message. I don't have, or ever have had, an Amazon account. Supposedly calling from Wolverhampton.

Called me today, knew my name. Started telling me that I was in debt and that they have a scheme blah blah blah, rambled on for ages and the finally asked if it was something I was interested in. Howver a google search shows Melville consulting is a scam operator that lodges the appeal online, which anybody csn do, thrn charges £700 after which they do nothing. Same phone number also brlobgs to Webster and Long. Avoid. In most cases there is no chance of rates reduction. Its easy to check on .gov site the rates details for your property.
