I assume it is a telemarketer as when I asked what they wanted - all they would say is do you a have a few minutes? its about healthcare.... then I finished the call.

called and said router was having problems and would offer £200 as compensation. then when did the bank transfer they made a 'mistake' and transferred £2,000. as a gesture of goodwill they would only ask for £700 back. this was transferred by Moneygram (I know - caught my partner when unwell and not thinking straight). also took over my laptop and remotely accessed who knows what.
