Rang back after I had a missed call from this number. I rang back and I got a message saying that the number you have called is not recognised. Therefore this is a nuisance caller.
Woman said I had a car accident. I said I don't know why you waste your time calling people who haven't had an accident, she said I'll take you off the list. I wonder what list I was on? I have blocked the number.

Man with Indian accent said his name was Ray Hamilton claiming to be calling from HMRC and said I was due nearly £500 in tax rebate. Asked for my card details but didnt give them to him as it is a scam. HMRC wouldnt ring to say you are due a tax rebate let alone ask for your card details on the phone.

Not a clue who they are but when I answer it clicks off the when call back doesn't say who they are and puts you in a queue.
Not a nuisance call! It is Scottish Power and they were, at my request, advising me that the cause of a power cut earlier today had now been resolved. This was a courtesy call for which I was grateful to receive the information...!
