Smiths glass/window company are the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Literally no idea who called, I did however submit a CV to CV knowhow recently. Hilarious call, some guy said is this X? To which I said "Who am I speaking to?" and then got some really weird choral music. Hung up and dialled back to get the same music. Strange.

Didn't answer but have had a number of calls from them, unsolicited.
Scammer, claiming to be from Bt technical support telling me my internet is about to be disconnected then wanting me to let the technical team team talk me through resolution to stop hackers accessing my system. I’m not a BT customer. Claimed to be Andrew Smith calling from London, very strong Indian accent.
