This was a recorded PPI type message, even though I have TPS.
I was phoned today saying from a young chap claiming I was going to receive a letter tomorrow informing me of a PPI refund, and somehow my bank suddenly owes me money back. I asked this chap which bank may owe me this money, he said it could be from one of several banks which I have accounts with, which he just named several banks off a list. Think it is a marketing company. Apparently they can buy numbers with any prefix they like so you think the call is local.
