Knew surname of account holder and a partially correct address for the property (i.e. they d got the address from an address database, and not from us). Started a spiel about nuisance calls and how they want to get everyone onto the new government service - at which point I hung up on the shyster.

I rang back the number back, it went to voicemail "Jason here, can t come to the phone blah blah. . . leave a message . I did not leave a message but rang back again & a woman answered Hi this is Andrea from Play Lottery how can I help you . I checked all the contact numbers on the Lottery website & this isn t one of them!! Does anyone know what authority to report this obvious fraudulent number to?

I got several calls from this number and last night he left a voicemail message. He wanted to meet up for sex, I have no clue who this person is or how he got my number. He said they got it at a London club but I don t live there or go to nightclubs. Really weird, he called at 11:56pm and again at 00:05am. I ve heard the same number is used for harassing people about porn, parking tickets and many other ridiculous calls.

This is a call from a very thick Chinese guy who speaks poor English. He keeps on insisting that you answer some lifestyle questions. When you refuse he will hang up and call back the next day. If you ask him to remove your number from their database he will hang up. It is from Today s Living Marketing Survey.
