When I answered their was no response but I could hear background noise, presumable a call centre, before they hung up after a few seconds
2 Unsolicited calls in 2 days on our ex directory landline no. asking me to go to my computer; connect to the internet so that the caller could help me with what I assume was a virus clearance issue. Having said that, the line was very bad and difficult to understand what he was saying. I asked him not to ring again.

Threatening call wanting information saying I owed a debt and were going to serve me with a CCJ at 2.30 this afternoon.
Recorded message claiming to be from my internet service provider saying that this service was about to be cut off unless I did something. I did nothing except hang up. No effect on my internet. Suspect I will now be charged for answering this call - need to check my next bill.

The phone network this came from is Nexbridge who specialise in hosting telemarketing call centres: http://www.callcentrehelper.com/nexbridge-communications-40032.htm "Nexbridge provides high volume telecoms services to call centres. Real nuisance,20 calls per day at all hours, unsolicited, a company based in ESHER where the A370 meets A244 (see map). No caller on the end just bleeps. Trying to put a stop to it now. might pop up and cut there phone line.
