This number seemed to be a crossed line as lady on the phone was talking to someone else although the other persons voice was muffled.

Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). Man with Indian accent asked for me by name, claiming to be calling in relation to DNS mail server problems. Asked if my computer has been running slowly or with issues and then asked if I was happy for him to go ahead with fixing it. I am ex-directory and TPS registered etc so asked how he got my details which he then claimed he got from my ISP. Clearly that wouldn t happen due to data protection so I asked for his company name and contact details so I could call them later. He said i could check them out
