Fraud Call claimed to checking on possible fraudulent payments from a bank card (one to Amazon, and one international), and inviting me to press 1 to continue. But as it was left on answering machine this could not be done. No card provider specified and they didn't address me by name. On checking, no such payments have been made from any of my cards.
Female, works with man who goes by pseudonym dennis wagner with email address at [email?protected] Caller claimed Mr. Wagner was her lawyer. Tried to bait me to give her lawyer my account information to give him a whopping 6000$ to set up contract with her to run her "business". She called me once from a number that contained the Nigerian country code 234. SCAM!!! She has Facebook texted (then closed Facebook account), then emailed me, then called me after I requested so. Most calls from her came from VOIP

Was called by this number and when answered it played a recording stating that it was Amazon wanting to know if I wanted to renew my Amazon Prime account. If I did, I should press "1". Having cancelled my Amazon Prime account few months ago and having ordered something two days ago, I knew that I didn't have a Prime account. Just been called from this number - thought it was a real human at first, but then realised it was some sort of semi-automated system, pretending to interact with my replies. Claiming to be Injury Claim Law - they have an interesting website, which contains a number of spelling mistakes, so doubt they are anything other than a bunch of low life ambulance chasing chancers!
Hung up as soon as answered - on two consecutive days.

Very similar to everyone else. Had a phone call saying that I was wanted for Tax avoidance and that they were issuing a warrant out for my arrest if I didn?t pay. Seeing as my tax is paid through PAYE I know there?s no issue with my tax. However the tone in which the call is made is quite aggressive if someone is not used to this kind of con. Promptly put phone down.
SCAM Say they are from Amazon asking for a verification number sent to email/text. It's a password reset code so they can gain access to your account.
