SCAM This organisation is impersonating NCA (National Crime Agency). Scenario: Someone used my identity at the Wales border so they needed to check with me my personals details otherwise my NIN bank account etc will be freeze by them. I answered both mobile & landline which rang within 10 seconds of each other, and got nothing but silence from both, they are now blocked!
Fraud said my credit card had been used which it had not so hung up.
