Persistent calling purporting to be a bank (although doesn't say which), that has detected fraud on your account (?) and asks you to press number to contact them. This is a scam.

Calling saying they are being informed I have been involved in a car accident. I laughed they hung up.

I have been telephoned this afternoon – apparently by EE – to tell me that I was getting a 45% discount on my bill for the next year? I was then passed on to a supervisor to confirm my email address – which I did. Fraud- They knew my name, kinda scary since I am not in any way shape or form connected to my number.. I have a burner so that's effed Block the number if possible!

HMRC Scam

Fraud / Scam............... States they're from BT with alarming call that your router is faulty and that your internet line is public. Then starts to asks questions about the lights on router, who uses internet, even knew home address, at that point I hung up. I contacted BT - they do not have any such number listed in their network, also they confirmed no calls were made to line from themselves.
