I used this company and had no problems thoughtout, easy to deal with smooth and decent bunch. I would recommend

I answered and the caller hung up

Totally unnecessary attitude to customers. I had a 5 minute call where they failed to hang up but left me a message on an answerphone - I think I heard the F word three times, and had to put up with poor singing too!

Kept ringing me and when answered no-one there!!

Same harassment and now the number has changed to 01163188550

I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. I am surprised nobody else has clicked on to this yet......Doesn t sound too dodgy to me. Obviously Adrian has opted for no marketing calls from Carphone Warehouse themselves. Calls me frequently and I normally ignore, however I answered today and there was no response. *Nuisance caller*

It turned out to be another request for possible PPI refund.

This number called me, women knew my name, then when I confirmed it (stupidly!) she hung up!!

They claimed to have a file on me which said I had been involved in an accident in the last two and half years. This is untrue. They refused to tell me how they got the file. I am registered with the Phone Marketing preference service, so their call was illegal. Who will prosecute them?

Don't pick up, it's one of those 'we've heard you've been involved in a car accident' nuisance calls

I received a call from this number today, it s seemed to be a poor connection or he made out he couldn t hear me. I man with a very strong accent (not English) yet goes by the name of peter asked for me by name when I said yes. He said I m calling from the bank and hung up. I expected they ( whoever they are) wanted me to call the bank at some unknown exaggerated cost to myself.

I received a call from them which involved a woman shouting with the sound or children in the background. They hung up when I said "Hello". I have blocked them. Very unprofessional, even for scammers.

NOT a scam it is a wheelie bin cleaning company I have used for years.
