They rang me earlier on a different number and as that number is blocked they now try and ring on this number. when told I wanted to be removed like I told the guy who rang me other day she became angry and abusive. Said he was from Harringtons Advisory regarding PPI due to me....I assured him I have never taken out anything with PPI. He even knew my name which was strange as I rarely give my mobile number to people. I am registered with TPS so am very annoyed.

This number called me today saying, lady saying she was from Google.

Reported to the ICO as it s against the law to use automated calls when they are unwanted.

The BeWise insurance company ignore tick boxes stating NO contact - they will contact you regardless. When you tell them to remove your details from their database, they still call the next year. The Ombudsman needs to investigate this company.

This is a call from a very thick Chinese guy who speaks poor English. He keeps on insisting that you answer some lifestyle questions. When you refuse he will hang up and call back the next day. If you ask him to remove your number from their database he will hang up. It is from Today s Living Marketing Survey. These are atelemarketing company selling will-writing and estate services. Nothing wrong with that but my mother-in-law is on the TPS. We called them and they promised to take her number off their list. You can always contact them on 0800 0194557 - dial the number without the first 0 from mobiles and it registers as a free call

This was a recorded PPI type message, even though I have TPS.

Call arrived whilst I was in the republic of Moldova. I work with victims of child-trafficking in that region and my number is only used for emergencies from agencies relating to the subject. Consequently, I tried returning the call with several connections, but the call eventually dropped out. When I returned home discovered I still had to pay for the calls at a rate of GBP£1.27 per connection, plus the same cost for having answered the incoming call! Caveat Emptor!

This is a company called Our Insurance Vault based in Chorley Lancs so dont know why they using a Peterborough number. It is run bt James and Natasha Slater who also own another insurance company called ST and R lTD

Called by this number today. Rang and rang but stopped as I picked up. 1471 gave me the correct number but "Not Recognized" when I dialed it.
