Just been called from this number - thought it was a real human at first, but then realised it was some sort of semi-automated system, pretending to interact with my replies. Claiming to be Injury Claim Law - they have an interesting website, which contains a number of spelling mistakes, so doubt they are anything other than a bunch of low life ambulance chasing chancers!

Unsolicited repeated calls at all times of day claim to be survey for HMRC child benefit asking loads of questions insisting on answers did not give personal details but worried how got name and phone number etc.

Called twice today. Answer machine kicked in and there was no message. From what others have said I believe it is a junk call and am getting fed up of so many.

this is from a oompany called know how. it insures household electrical goods. i had said i would give them feedback after i called the 0800 number but i forgot that my phone ringer was switched off. so thet is what they were ringing me for. feedback about the call and service i was using.

Did nt answer the phone. Did 1471 and this number came up - again. Totally sick of all these unwarrenyed calls!

This Asian prat, after asking me my name said in a thick Paki accent. "I have not rung to tell you anything" So I said in that case **** Off and put the phone down. But I was right; this cretin is from Londonistan where 4 out of five residents are from foreign descent. I know of no one in London so why ring me if it s not to try and con money out of me. After being scammed before are very wary of cold calls and scams. However, this one was picked up without really looking or thinking but I must say this seems a dangerous one because this did sound almost genuine with (as above, claiming to be HMRC). In our case, the line just went dead after it told us to press one to speak to an officer. This is one that could catch unexpecting people out so be careful! We keep it as rule that if in any doubt, ONLY answer numbers that are 0800 or gov numbers (030) unless

this caller was about PPI. very persistant and annoying, i hung up in the end.

This number IS Fowlers Car Finance calling from their Stoke on Trent office. I made an application with them last year, then cancelled due to receiving very adverse comments and warnings about dealing with them regarding any finance deals. I recieve calls weekly still having called them to stop and e-mailed. I am now making a formal complaint to The FSO seeking compensation for Harassment, I would ask others to do the same and let these scum now they have been rumbled

This number has called endlessly. Despite there being an answer machine they never leave a message. I have no idea who they are but want them to stop calling me.

i waited until out of office hours and called 0114 700 0889. it directed to the Voicemail of Amelia Hernandes. i believe these guys are professional scammers.

Text Message txt message said that someone was added to my Lloyds online banking and if this wasn't me to go to a website that was linked to the txt, - the thing is I haven't got a Lloyds bank account!! must be a scam

Have had three of these calls within last 48 hours. The last call was from a female (Far east accent) who asked for a name that was similar to mine but incorrect, I told them I wasn t interested and she shouted down the phone wor before hanging up!!!
