I have looked it up on these sort of websites and it either comes up as a parcel force scam or BT text messaging. Our phone companies are selling our numbers to telemarketers and scammers, as my phone is brand new and very few people know it. Almost straight away I began getting these calls (PPI or accident or bank etc). Do not answer and use blacklist app.
