Accident claim call. Lies and utter rubbish.

received two calls today both went to answerphone saying from HMRC asking to call back or your solicitor. saying time sensitive. again agree that it is most probably spam and a high cost call to go back.

Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. The caller alleged he was calling from O2, asked me how much I top up per month and got very aggressive when I wouldn t tell him and asked why he was calling. If this really is an O2 number, their level of professionalism is shocking.

Called as I had gone over my limit on my card. They did hang up the first time they tried calling me which was annoying to which the adviser informed me that they are having issues with the auto dialler system. I believe Aqua credit also use a similar number.

Something like a company called CIH, asking if I'd had an accident in the last 2 and a half years. Don't know where they got my number from. Pain.

Caller to our TPS registered number wrongly claiming to be "your current energy supplier". Attempted to tell me I was wrong when I told him that they weren t our supplier, and demanded to know if I was "the manager", and then attempted a line of stammering bullshit when I asked him to prove his credentials by quoting me the account number and the name of the account holder. A complete, lying, shyster who got himself told to sod off, in fairly short order.
