This is actually Santander. I just had £400 of bank charges refunded by them over the phone and had my online banking on to check the refunded had been made at the same time. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
