I asked her where this accident allegedly took place and she said 'in Glasgow' and I asked when it had taken place and she said 'last month' and I said that this was a phishing call. They called my grandmother regarding a PPI claim, telling her in order to claim she would need to put £400 on a travel card (this was their agency 'commission' apparently), and they would come to her home (beware, they already knew her address) to exchange the travel card for her "PPI compensation cheque". Thankfully we've taught her well and she called me first to ask if I thought it was a scam.
