ON THE 23RD NOVEMBER 2015 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM NUMBER 01455342639. I HAVE RECEIVED THIS NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES, BUT HAVE NEVER CALLED THIS NUMBER.
Called my mobile, asked for someone I don't know, told them they had the wrong number, then tried to ask me questions, before the caller got through the first question I hung up.

I never answer any calls from numbers unknown. They are always unwanted! Just wait until it stops ringing and then block from future calls. (This also hopefully tells the caller that your number is not operational.)
