Smiths glass/window company are the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Since trusting them to supply & fit new Windows (they couldn t even measure correctly so bad decision) they have rung numerous times to try and sell us some more shoddy gear. These clowns call from India and are very abusive. Ask them to hold on a sec and just put phone on the side and go back to what you were doing. No point arguing or being abusive as they likely have your email address and obviously have your telephone number.
