Similar numbers have called before and I don't answer as end numbers after 01270 are not from within Crewe itself. I know as in Crewe myself. The caller was an Indian man who knew my name, but refused to tell me his name or which company he is calling on behalf of. He hung up after I told him I will take legal action against unsolicited and junk calls.
Was told we were in the wrong council tax band. We're paying to much. If we let them do the legal work for a fee of about £90 or so! It would be sorted out for us. I hung up on them. Pretty sure this is a scam

Caller (not good english) claimed to be from my telephone provider, but could not tell me which provider, clearly an attempted scam.

I was rang, and the caller was ringing about diesel claims. When I told him I wasn't interested and to remove me from the database, he shouted me down and asked me why I was interested. He continued to talk over me, saying he was working alongside the Dept of Transport and I should listen to him. NUMBER BLOCKED!
Number shown was a 01189 local number so i picked it up. No answer and the it hung up. Dialed 01471 to retieve number but, it actually was 018731006? meaning this was a scam caller.

This number belongs to an adult male... He has been contacting my eleven year old daughter for a period of (almost) three months... I don't have all the details yet but I do know that my daughter is not the only victim of this predator. I only have a limited amount of information (at the moment) but the information I do have indicates that there are (at least) three other children that this predator has contacted (over a period of months)... These children (the ones I know about) are all aged under fourteen
