No Idea who the caller was i did not answer the call and they did not leave a message. cold calling dialer machine?.
Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

Caller with English accent told me that my loft insulation was faulty and was causing condensation, but nothing to worry about. When asked he said he was from the UK Advisory Information Centre and they ran the Renewable Energy Database where my details had come from. When asked he said he was based in central London. This unrecognised number called me yet again! Initially, I did not answer but then fearing it might be Check & Trace I tried to ring it back. It just cuts off so clearly either spam, scammers or phishing. DO NOT ANSWER. I've now BLOCKED it.

DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER Fraud call. Pretending to be BT with a fault in the internet. I happen to have a fault so nearly fell for it, tried to get me to download a programme which would have infected my computer and obtained bank details. Have informed BT the callers were rude and offensive when I questioned their activity.

Daily calls for a week. I finally answered it to find it was an energy company trying to get me to switch. After 14 mins on phone I told the bloke I wasn t interested and needed to end the call. The bloke then became very rude and I ended up hanging up on him. Very poor customer service.
I don t like sales calls on my private mobile as it is, it s an intrusion and a waste of my time but when they lie about having information they don t to try to rope you into their offers, that really makes my blood boil. I have NEVER bought PPI, she also tried to tell me it might be from a loan or credit cards. I have never had loans or credit cards. Clutching at straws she then asked if I have a mortgage - well of course I do but I wasn t giving her anything! Clearly if they knew some "important" problem
