Hassling you about a motoring accident and getting you to claim. My last accident was over 5 years ago and I dealt with a compensation claim off my own back. 01143033005 - Called this afternoon. They are the same fake HMRC criminal scumbags that are also using the number 01618508563. The recorded message says that they have been trying to contact you and that a legal action case has been opened against you and you must dial 1 immediately to speak to your case officer in a threatening sort of computer generated delivery. Just ignore it or report it via https://ico.org.uk/ and/or www.actionfraud.police.uk/

Melissa called twice saying that they needed to check the insulation in our loft because we had it done under the government scheme (we didn't) and now the regs had changed and it needs to be checked.When I told her that I'd done it myself about 35 years ago and wasn't going to have anything else done, she said she'd alter the information on the database. Sounded like a genuine company though unfortunately I didn't get their name so can't report them for a cold call as I would usually.

This number rang I never spoke, they never spoke and just hung up. No doubt another spam caller.

Reject the call and then block the number before answering for the first time. I cancelled my Labour Membership and now I am getting calls from this number to rejoin, sometimes at 9pm.

Claimed to be from British Gas, but wouldn't say the purpose of call before I gave my security details, which I never give to a caller if I'm unsure of their identity. My guess is genuine but still unsolicited call, and they shouldn't expect my security details.

Foreign sounding guy purporting to be from BT Openreach. Told me he'd detected slow internet speed on my Broadband. Asked me various networky questions which I deflected. Eventually, he realised he was being taken for a ride and accused me or wasting his time (!) A tirade of abuse followed and he called me an a****le, m*****f*****r and a few other expletives. At this point I started laughing which made him even more abusive. I said I would report him to Ofcom as such language is illegal in UK phone network.

SCAMMERS be careful, these b@$&ards called me suggesting i had 2 BTC frozen (which i know is bull) and were trying to get me to send them £1800 'release' fees ... they even sent me an image with the BlockChain logo my name etc , checked with Blockchain who confirmed the scam and urged me NOT to speak to these scammers again, these people (https://tradingcenter.org/) but not even on the FCS register and given it is quite an impressive site based in 'London' theye should be... be careful please
