Scam attempt from RAC to join service I dont own a car , never been a member and ignored me to be removed from list. clearly to stupid to realise mobile numbers are reused.

This is a scam, they will pretend to be a family member who has swapped phones. They will then ask for a loan of some money to pay an invoice.

I agree! Yes I received a letter asking me to call this number as I had won the Poeples Postcode Lottery 3rd price 825000 pounds and saying that a fee needed to be paid!!! Haha do they think I m an idiot?

Definitely a call from a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION to a caller. NEVER RETURN A CALL ...

I received a text stating that they had my ]oan appand that i needed to call them today on oi282855388 to finalise or opt out by text stop . I havnt applied for a loan !

Just rung me 25th Sept. I let it ring off then did re-dial like I do all calls.
