Another call to my mobile at 1635 on 23 Feb 23 not answered

SCAM Fraud Caller said they were from "banking credit control" and wanted my name and date of birth because he had seen fraudulent activity on my card. When I said I had 4 cards he again asked for my name and DOB so I made something up and he said he could definitely see £300 going to Amazon and £1100 as an International Money Transfer to China! I again asked him which of the 4 cards he was talking about and when he said VISA I told him I didn't have a VISA card and he put the phone down.

Told me my washing machine insurance has gone down in price I dont own the washing machine

Missed the first bit but then mentioned magistrates court and taking it seriously and to talk to one of the officers dealing with the case press 1 - blocked!

Called this number me I phoned them back from a phone withheld number. The message said number doesn’t exist. Scam ……..

SCAM. Caller pretended to be a big company with an unpaid bill. Did not understand my business or why I would owe money (I don't owe them, have never bought from them). I nicely explained I knew this was a scam and she was trying to steal money. She then OFFERED to delete my number from the database!

Instead go to a debt charity instead. A debt charity has your best interest at heart. Catch Media Glasgow just want to make money off you. SCAM This number called me today. It was a bot voice claimed it is from UK HMRC and asked me to press 1 to speak to an officer. I didn't press, but it is highly suspicious.

I think this is a scam number. Recorded American accent saying HMRC and that a fine would be implemented and to press 1 to speak to someone. Obviously I didn’t, line then went dead !!
