100% FRAUD! They left me a voicemail, quoting a DHL import duty invoice that I paid 3 weeks ago. I called them, spoke to 'RAJU' - he knew all about me, my company and my invoice, but said don't worry as you've already paid. This is obviously someone at DHL leaking account details to fraudsters, who are preying on people who don't know/remember that they've already paid. Internet. Calling from a Northern Irish telephone number. Claim to be from BT checking your router's download and upload speeds and wanting me to run a program so they can have access to my computer to supposedly clearing any faults. I did not run program.
