Was advised to call this number by TESCO.Net in connection with an email problem & was told it was Microsoft technical support. Phone answers as Technical Support. They required access to my computer to check my email settings, started looking in other places, then told me I had trojans that would not be stopped by an anti-virus and tried to sell me 'protection' . I felt uncomfortable & pulled the plug immediately but too late. Gut called me 20 mins later very abusive. Over £100 to fix damage

Melville consultants visited my company saying they could appeal and reduce our business rates. The person who visited was Peter John. He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs. I would suggest blocking this number. - they spammed my phone with calls (18 in the space of two days to be exact) I never usually answer unknown numbers but when I finally did as I deemed it to be important the amount they rang me however it was a scam call something to do with winning the lottery.
