has repeatedly rung me trying to make me pay for an advert in his crime prevention magazine that he says I agreed to but I know I didnt. Last phone call was today he became aggressive and nasty, resorting to bullying tactics. Hope I ve heard the last of him but I doubt it somehow. called my landline today 6/7/20 which is the same exchange, after a silence the phone was answered by a man giving his name and said he was calling about my government-funded loft insulation. It sounded like he was on speaker phone in a very echoey room. I hung up and have blocked this number
