Was called by this number and when answered it played a recording stating that it was Amazon wanting to know if I wanted to renew my Amazon Prime account. If I did, I should press "1". Having cancelled my Amazon Prime account few months ago and having ordered something two days ago, I knew that I didn't have a Prime account. Scam. Claims to be from HSBC trying to warn me about an unauthorised payee request. Honestly, as if times aren't hard enough without these scum bags trying to steal from working people. The call from this number : Once receiver lifted up a recorded female voice , after a pause, said there was no-one available but if I left my number they would get back to me. This has happened a few times but I dont respond in any way...just put phone down.
