Rang me asking for some man I had not heard off. Heard laughing people in the background. Not sure how they got my number.

Tried the number with a 141 prefix to hide it - dead number; tried it without the prefix - dead number! 01548 536528 - what sort of number is it as I have nothing to give them....

This number keeps calling … hangs up when answered … leaves no message. Very annoying.

Tried to get ?200 out of me to release a ?3600 successful PPI claim

This company told me they were the British bred it council and for £299 they would clean my bad credit score.... there sister company loan partners had already scammed me for £300.

This number called me saying you won audi s3 ....and pick up from huddersfield...

PPI scam, they keep ringing back, especially annoying as I am abroad at the moment and if someone answers the phone to them I have to pay for the connection.

Claimed to be from Trojan Telecom and to be calling to reduce my company s telephone bill. Trojan does exist but I doubt if it knows anything about this call. I dialled 1471 and was given the above number followed by a "please hang up" message, suggesting the number may well be fictitious.

Just been called by this number to inform me my emails are being used by someone in the usa and if I follow his instructions through my computer we can solve this together. Bloody nice chap! However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. They obviously thought I came down the river on a water lilly this morning. BE WARNED DO NOT allow them access to your computers/pcs etc. If you see this number on your phone ignore it which ups

Indian man, after giving an English name,says he is calling from BT Technical Dept.I know that there is no such Department within the BT organisation!!I said goodbye and put the phone down!! It is High time BT themselves did something about this type of call as it has been going on for a very long time.Do not be fooled, it is a SCAM which potentially will relieve you of large amounts of your money!!

Phoned to say we are BT, and we are replacing your copper wires to fibre in your area, as soon as I said we already have fibre to the premises, they hung up, suspected scam call.

Would not tell me what they wanted, they said it was in regards to a debt but would not let me continue the call without giving them my full address which I refused obviously. Would not tell me the nature of the debt either.

Called stating that my PPI claim had been approved and I was due a payout. I replied that I hadn t made a claim and my number should be removed from their list, at which point the caller hung up.
