I'm from Portugal and today someone tried to reach me on my mobile phone from this number. I've been to the UK but not recently and I have only one relative the and she didn't tried to contact me. Therefore I think this it was a phishing call. Be ware!
Answered call and it was a recorded Chinese language voice recording not sure where this is from I just ended the call and put a block on this number.

Fraud Call centre, pretend to be "running security" for Virgin Broadband, call to say they have "seen problems on the line". When I told them I wasn't on Virgin, they waffle on about how they do the security for all broadband suppliers, because Virgin supplies the lines for them all.
