Anyone that calls from an unrecognised number but hangs up can be labelled very untrustworthy. They only have 2 intentions - 1) verify the number is live and 2) get you to call back. At your cost. Like as if I m that dumb?
Got a call however after 3 seconds the line was cut off after reading the comments this number does not look good to give any personal information too.
