Rehan listened, was patient and understanding, she provided relevant feedback with clear a explanation and was so courteous and professional! Fraud / Scam............... States they're from BT with alarming call that your router is faulty and that your internet line is public. Then starts to asks questions about the lights on router, who uses internet, even knew home address, at that point I hung up. I contacted BT - they do not have any such number listed in their network, also they confirmed no calls were made to line from themselves.

I received a call from an Asian sounding female saying she was from Havering council asking if I need snd housing repairs . Her accent was quite wrong snd when asked to repeat her request she huffed and puffed as if it was annoying her .
This is the 3rd different number used by the same scammers. Unusual card transaction £300 & £1000. Odd they never tell whose card or what card and always sane amount. Need to be gulible to get conned by these numpties. If in doubt call the number on the back of your card. Never react to their suggestions. Dont be fooled.

Scam, automated call supposedly from Amazon Prime about the subscription..., goes on to say press 1 for... press 2 for..., yeah, like I am touching anything other than end call and blocking it, anyone who presses a number on the keypad according to such directions will undoubtably transfer you to a premium phone number costing £X's per minute, or some other way to scam money from you, ask yourself, would a multinational company be phoning from a normal phone code?

I was called from these numbers 07874409775, 0787440321 and 07874400818 today 27 Feb'23. A man with a thick Russian accent claiming to be from FCA Cyber Security and asking for details of who I am (Phishing exercise?) in order to return money lost in a crypto scam last last year. The fact is crypto losses cannot be recovered, that was the whole point of it's security, it is tamper proof, so beware.

I was called by this number and after a couple of rings, the call stopped. I telephoned back and it was answered by a male person with a Liverpool accent. I asked their name and what they do for work and they said that their name was Jerry and they were a warehouse worker. I advised that they had called me but they strongly said they did not.
