repeatedly calling says from housing disrepair team call several times a day use various numbers blocked them all reported them all but the calls still keep coming so I answered 1 told them were to go and put the phone down and re blocked and reported its harassment !!

Fraud A banking scam - purporting to be TSB and checking fraudulent transactions. Almost convinced us to give standing orders and direct debit details, and had confirmed a couple of transaction. A voice said he was James from Relief Energy who said; "I've been trying to call you for a few days now, actually." Well, nobody has been trying to call me when I was at home, and as I check my phone whenever I've been out, then I know for sure that it's nonsense so I just hung up. Number comes up on Google as Vantage Intelligence, there contact page does NOT have a phone number...No idea who they are or what they do.
Safe number The Insurance Surgery, really helpful, very knowledgeable and not one to keep pestering. Really helpful when you have pre-existing conditions, great rates and not at all pushy. Only call you when you have made an enquiry so they're not cold callers.

It appeared on my bank account as pending transaction on 14 May 2023 for the value of more than £30 but I haven’t spent any money with Deliveroo. I will contact my bank if this transaction goes through.
