The number the scammer is telling people to call is our home number. We have been receiving a large number of calls since last Wednesday from various scared and vulnerable people thinking this is true. We have now had to change our phone number to stop the calls. It is disturbing to hear what the scammer is saying to these people. I’ve reported the number to actionfraud.police.uk if you have received a call please report it on this website.

Voice record saying it's urgent and serious consequences if I didn't ring back and it was from HMRC. Called back and they wanted my first name which I didn't give as they already have my surname and phone number. Got swore at and called a **** by the call handler with no reason! I knew it was fraud when he said I need you first name ! desperation in his voice !!!!
