I was told that this person needed to access my account to block these people from using my internet connection. I told him that I could see which devices were using my network by logging in to my account (which I did while I was talking to him). The Caller is Fast Track PPI Claims which is a Company involved in handling PPI Claims. They are genuine - I used a link on Facebook to their site to request a pack, which I got within a few days. They keep calling because I am yet to fill out the paper work (Decided to do it myself)
