Couldn't understand what the lady was saying as very strong Asian accent. Just been called and asked where they got the number. No response. She quickly hung up on me when I started asking questions. Undoubtedly a scam. I'm amazed these companies find this sort of thing worthwhile. Surely they just get hundreds of angry people on the phone every day with almost no take up of their scams.

My partner pays his Credit card at the end of each month since he changed his job. He asked this company to change the date the payments came out. Meant moving DD from the 20th of each month to the 30th. They refused!For the past 3 months, from the 20th to the 30th we have received approx 6 calls a day!! I get a call from this number every 2 other Saturday or so, I've never picked up and I keep blocking it, however, every time they ring they use a slightly different number : starting with 020 7946 and so far either 1842, 1699, 1469,1153.

Asian lady, who I couldn't understand, claiming to be from the government department claims advisory group. Apparently they had a cheque to send me for overpaid bank charges. Told her to send it to me, but she wanted my DOB. When challenged that surely they knew this as they had my name and number and address etc, then they must already have my DOB, she said it was for verification, at which point I thanked her for the call (it included a few expletives) and hung up. Do not engage with them.
